Who We Are

Lake Monsters Lacrosse Club was founded to address a clear need in the Twin Cities. Traditionally, many of Minnesota’s club lacrosse programs have been concentrated in the south metro, creating barriers to access for talented players and families in the North Metro.

That need became reality when our founding coaches brought together a select group of local athletes to form two teams and compete in the 2025 Shadowlands Shootout. Competing against established programs, the teams proved that North Metro players could not only compete—but succeed—at a high level.

What started as an opportunity quickly became a vision. With that success as a foundation, Lake Monsters Lacrosse Club was built to provide a local, high-quality club experience rooted in development, competition, and community.
