Coaching w/Lake Monsters

Lake Monsters Lacrosse is looking to connect with passionate, dependable coaches who share our commitment to player development and creating a positive team experience.

We welcome interest from experienced coaches, former players and individuals who want to become more involved in the game. Opportunities may include head coaching, assistant coaching and position-specific instruction across our program.

Our coaches should be committed to:

• Teaching strong fundamentals and improving lacrosse IQ

• Creating a competitive, encouraging and team-first environment

• Helping players build confidence, creativity and a greater love for the game

• Communicating professionally with players, families and fellow coaches

• Representing Lake Monsters Lacrosse and the North Metro community with integrity
